After creating an account and passing the screening process, you will be guided through an onboarding checklist and platform guidelines. This stage helps you understand our quality standards, workflows, and expectations so you are fully prepared to contribute.
What happens after I complete onboarding?
Once onboarding is successfully completed, you will be invited to join an active project based on your skills and domain expertise. You will gain access to task instructions, tools, and ongoing support to help you get started smoothly.
How long does onboarding take?
Approximately 2+ hours for modules and assessment, with <72 hour feedback turnaround.
What qualifications are needed?
Applicants are required to hold a Certificate in AI Data Trainer from AIDRALabs and possess a minimum academic standing of junior or senior undergraduate. Strong proficiency in English and effective communication skills are mandatory. Preference will be given to appplicants who meet these requirements.
